IMLA Model Ordinance Service The IMLA Model Ordinance Service is a comprehensive collection of municipal ordinances and annotations available from the International Municipal Lawyers Association. The Model Ordinance Service is published by the American Legal Publishing Corporation, 432 Walnut Street, 12th Floor, Cincinnati, Ohio (800) 445-5588. The service is available on a subscription basis and covers such model ordinances as testing procedures for AIDS, cable television franchise, loitering, news racks, recycling, religious displays on municipal property, signs, smoking prohibition, street, sidewalk and itinerate vendors and vicious dogs.
