Project Description: Develop a feasibility study for a region-wide teleconferencing network.

Project Description: Develop a regional non-motorized transportation strategy. Plan and design the extension of an existing non-motorized transportation project. Energy Efficiency retrofits of county and local municipal buildings. Retrofit street lights with LED.

Project Description: Install energy efficient lighting and HVAC systems in County and Township buildings, such as upgrading lights to T8 or T5s, occupancy sensors, programmable thermostats, new boilers and new windows.
