Project Description: Implement findings from an energy audit already performed. Conduct CTEA on 7 buildings, ID energy utilization deficiencies in low/moderate income homes, and provide code training to County Building Staff on MI Energy Code.

Project Description: Retrofit of fluorescent and mercury vapor lamps with induction lighting. Complete TEA to base an energy plan on. Implement project education campaign. Fund additional energy efficiency projects from energy plan.

Project Description: Conduct energy audits on Saginaw County municipal facilities and up to 10 municipal facilities of partner cities and townships within the County. Develop an EE, Conservation, and Renewable Energy Strategy, create revolving loan fund for upgrades.

Project Description: Complete an energy audit on Robert A. Lillie Admin Bldg, energy efficiency retrofits, and energy efficiency education component for public.

Project Description: Complete energy efficiency retrofits to the Township complex. Energy audits will be completed for each building to establish the basis for the proposed improvements.
