Project Description: Complete lighting improvements for nine city and county facilities.  Boiler replacement and installation of solar panels for the Civic Center, VFDs for City Sewage Treatment Plant and a climate action plan will be developed for the city and county.

Project Description: Determine county-wide energy usage, and produce a community energy assessment and carbon footprint. Audit 10 County owned facilities, benchmark energy usage, implement energy efficiency improvement projects and develop future energy use plan. Facilitate contract with waste hauler to provide recycling services to all county schools and assist in the implementation and development of the school recycling program.
