The Community Assistance Team at the MEDC (CATeam) is hosting a series of workshop roundtables across the state in March to promote community revitalization through grants and loans.

Projects located in a downtown and that include brownfield or historic properties are eligible for consideration. CATeam specialists will be available during the roundtables to explain the new "Community Revitalization Program (CRP)", talk about types of projects and discuss the process.

The workshops are free to attend but space is limited. To RSVP, contact Marilyn Crowley at crowleym@michigan.org. See below for dates and communities where the they'll be held.
