The University of Michigan-Dearborn’s Institute for Local Government (IFLG), in cooperation with the University’s Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Master of Public Policy (MPP) programs, is soliciting proposals from local government agencies interested in having a team of MPA/MPP students assist them with conducting research, analysis, and related technical assistance necessary for addressing a management or policy issue faced by that governmental body.
No fee will be charged to participating cities for the services provided by the MPA/MPP team and IFLG. IFLG will cover administrative costs associated with managing the project team and completing the research/analysis. Participating government agencies will be expected to provide access to personnel, data, and systems necessary to complete the project. Specifics will be negotiated prior to the project.
Interested communities are requested to submit a letter or email describing their project by December 15. More details are available on the IFLG's website.
