The MSU Land Policy Institute, with a grant from the National Association of REALTORS®, has been exploring the value, perceptions and barriers of placemaking alongside the challenges of incorporating workforce housing into it. It has become widely recognized that creating and maintaining vibrant places for people to live, work and play is an important--and often required--strategy for achieving prosperity in communities across the state and nation.

The LPI is hosting a one-hour webinar to share the results from this study will be held at noon on Wednesday, November 30, 2011. The event is free and open to the public, with no RSVPs required.
