South Haven will be the location for the 2011 "Helping Small Towns Succeed" conference sponsored by the Heartland Center for Leadership Development. The conference will be held June 6-8 at Lake Michigan College.
The theme of this years conference is "Tools for Community Survival" and sessions will focus on community branding, building social capital, strategies to recruiting and motivating leaders, and positive approaches to revitalization.
