The Michigan Port Collaborative will be holding its Spring 2011 Summit on May 19 and 20 in Sault Ste. Marie at Lake Superior State University.
The Summit will feature presentations on port economic development initiatives, federal policy and budget initiatives to assist small harbors and cargo, commercial and recreational ports in Michigan as well as updates on efforts to battle invasive species in the Great Lakes and tours of the Sault Ste. Marie International locks, the port and its waterfront operations.
