This year's Michigan Land and Prosperity Summit will be held on April 8th at the Lansing Center.
The summit, hosted by the Michigan Land Use Funders and MSU's Land Policy Institute will focus on rethinking economic development strategies through promotion of entrepreneurship, creation of attractive and desirable communities, attracting and retaining young talent, encouraging civic engagement and supporting regional economies.
To be held after the League's Capitol Conference, this year's summit reflects many of the MML's 21c3 assets and looks to provide common ground between the emerging public and private sector agendas that are calling for ways to move our state forward.
Arnold Weinfeld is Director of Strategic Initiatives and Federal Affairs for the Michigan Municipal League. He can be reached at 517-908-0304 or by e-mail.
