The National Trust for Historic Preservation's Midwest Office has released a guide to rehabilitating and reusing local government properties.

Based on experiences gathered in Wisconsin, this free publication can help local officials and communities make informed decisions about the continued use of one of their most important resources - historic municipal buildings.
