The Michigan Municipal League, along with the Urban Land Institute Detroit District Council will co-host the 2nd Annual Public/Private Partnership (P3) Conference in Lansing the morning of March 23, 2011. Co-sponsors include ASTI Environmental, the Society of Environmentally Responsbile Facilities (SERF) and Wolverine Development Corporation.
The inaugural conference was an overwhelming success and attracted more than 150 of the state's leading real estate developers, investors, lenders, public officials, educators, attorneys, planners, community and faith-based organizations, economic developers, non-profits, consultants and contractors.
Along with speakers, the conference provides unique opportunities for municipalities to unveil and market their surplus properties to prospective investors at tables where buyers and sellers will be available for deal making opportunities.
