The University of Michigan-Dearborn is conducting its 4th annual eCities study. This project examines community-level factors that influence entrepreneurship, economic development, and job growth. The study is open to all Michigan cities, townships and villages and there is no fee for communities to participate.
Participating communities get a free benchmarking report. Participation is easy; communities simply answer 15 questions and student researchers are available to assist in the process. As the study has grown each year, our best practices database continues to expand and become a resource for communities across the state.
Local governments wishing to share in the best practices of communities to promote entrepreneurial growth and economic development, please contact Tim Davis at 313.593.4060 or tadavis@umd.umich.edu. For more information please visit, www.umdilabs.com/ecities.
