The Community Economic Development Association of Michigan (CEDAM) is offering a series of development training programs beginning in September 2010. 

The Comprehensive Community Development Institute (CCDI) is based on the former Real Estate Development Training but now features a different module for each experience level.  For beginners, an introduction to real estate development is offered. The intermediate level covers single-family, multi-family or commercial real estate development and the advanced level will immerse partcipants in real estate development industry-based issues.
