The Michigan Downtown Conference planning partners have put out a call for nominations for the 2010 Michigan Downtown Conference awards. The awards recognize excellence in downtown revitalization over the past year and celebrate the successful projects and people making Michigan's downtowns vibrant and attractive places to live, work and play.
This year there is a "Project-Based" award category and "Main Street Awards". Any Michigan community may submit nominations for a "project-based" award. For more information on the award categories visit the downtown conference website.
The deadline for nominations is July 1 and this year's conference will be held September 11-12 in Bay City.
