On May 26th in the evening, a workshop is being offered in Marshall designed to teach the basics of rehabilitation tax credits for historic commercial and residential property maintenance and redevelopment. City managers, planners, economic development directors, main street managers and DDA directors and board members are encouraged to attend.
The event, from 630-830 pm, will be held at the Marshall District Library in Marshall. Its sponsored by the Michigan Historic Preservation Network, National Trust for Historic Preservation, State Historic Preservation Office and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
