Fast Company magazine has put together its top 10 "fast cities" for 2010.  What is striking is the commanlity with the eight assets found in the League's "Center for 21st Century Communities" prgoram (21c3).

From art and culture to transit, green energy, technology and education each of the ideas featured in each of the cities reflect those ideas that make up a vibrant community in today's world.
