The Urban Land Institute of Detroit is hosting a publc-private partnership forum at Oakland University on March 24th.
Attendees will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of best practices in Public-Private Partnerships through panel discussions, and explore specific topic areas such as incentives, landbanks, finance, entitlement, foundations and the meaning of redevelopment ready through expert led roundtable discussions.
Of particular interest to municipalities, an opportunity to showcase properties will be provided through an electronic list that will be distributed to attendees as well as at their exhibit table, while the private sctor will the opportunity to showcase their services to them public sector community.
