As a contributor to The Review magazine, I went on assignment to Paragon Leadership International’s recent “Environment & Energy Epprentice Experience,” a one-day leadership training program where teams brainstormed solutions to challenges facing the energy industry and sustainability programs. The League contributed two of the challenges that teams pondered, and Associate General Counsel Sue Jeffers helped judge the best idea of the day. Not only did professionals working in energy and related fields attend, high schools from Novi and Detroit sent teams to share the experience. I see potential for the experience to produce ideas that participants can put into action in their professional work or at school. Visit http:///paragon-lead.com
