This week, the League and League Foundation are hosting a series of trainings on entrepreneurship across the state featuring Dr. Ernesto Sirolli of the Sirolli Institute.

The first two trainings in Escanaba and Ludington were well attended by local officials, DDA directors, local chamber officials and others involved with small business development.  Dr. Sirolli presented on the importance of listening to those with dreams of owning their own business and understanding what it is they need to be successful.  Of importance is knowing that running a business is a "team sport" and that no entrepreneur can do it all in order to make a business successful.

Our next stops are in Bay City and Lansing as the League continues its effort to partner with those who believe like we do that growing jobs by ones and twos will help Michigan's economy to recover.  Look for additional training opportunities in the future through our 21c3 program.
