MML Employee Benefits Services offers a group short-term disability income program provided through the licensed insurance consulting form of Gadaleto, Rams by & Associates.

Insurer	Underwritten by Ft. Dearborn Life Insurance Company.
Eligibility	All Michigan Municipal League members. Those members participating in the MML Employee Benefits Services program can have their group short-term disability billed on the same invoice as their Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
