Gadaleto, Ramsby & Associates (GRA) is an East Lansing based insurance firm with 35 full-time employees engaged in marketing, administration, and consulting for employer/employee group life and health benefit plans. The principals, Joseph Gadaleto and Stephen Ramsby, have over 65 years of combined experience in the insurance business, including over 40 years of marketing, administrating and consulting work for Association sponsored programs. GRA has been the consulting firm to MBS since MML Employee Benefits Services’ inception in 1987.

GRA currently represents 10 statewide Associations for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) plans. These Associations include:

GRA markets life insurance, disability income and medical plans exclusively through independent licensed insurance agents. Their current network, in excess of 1,100 agents statewide, allows the Association member to deal with and receive the professional services of a local insurance agent.

GRA also offers billing and other administrative services. They currently manage a system consisting of 30,500 employees for BCBSM, Group Life and Disability programs. Monthly rate changes, cancellation notices and employee benefit adjustments are additional services performed.
