Infinisource

Infinisource was founded in 1986 to assist employers with the burdensome task of COBRA administration. The firm currently performs the daily administration of COBRA for nearly 4,000 employers in 46 states including a number of HMOs. In addition, the Seminar Division of Infinisource has trained over 150,000 persons across the country on proper compliance procedures at its highly acclaimed COBRA “Alert” Seminars. Infinisource is in an excellent position to understand the problems employers face on a day-to-day basis with COBRA.

A 65-person research and operations team handles an average of 4,000 phone calls a week from employers, attorneys, agents and other professionals. The calls range from basic questions to COBRA failures costing thousands, and sometimes millions, of dollars. Combined with its administration and seminars, Infinisource is considered by the IRS as a source on the practical application of the law and has consulted extensively with the firm in regards to the issuance of final COBRA Regulations in 1996.
