The State Electronics Challenge (SEC) offers communities an opportunity to save money and offer social and environmental benefits through the stewardship of office equipment. SEC is a national program that works with communities to decrease energy usage and the environmental impact of the way they buy, use, and manage office equipment by offering training and support about green procurement, power and paper conservation strategies, and responsible reuse and recycling.
