Elected Officials Academy (EOA) Weekender Program
February 15-16, 2013
Frankenmuth
The EOA Core Weekender program will take place February 15-16, 2013 at the Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth. Attendees will learn roles and responsibilities, the fundamentals of financial management, the essentials of organization, and the basics of planning and zoning. The Core program is a requirement for Level One of the EOA, and is an important step in continuing education for elected officials.
The EOA Advanced Weekender program will also take place February 15-16, 2013 at the Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth. This program is the next step for those who have already attended the Core Weekender, and will cover planning and zoning issues, financial modeling, intergovernmental cooperation, and more.
