Your one-stop spot for League events and educational training! August 4, 2011Economic Vitality Incentive Program Training The much-awaited guidelines surrounding the new Economic Vitality Incentive Program (EVIP) have been issued by Treasury. As you may be aware, there are three components that communities need to comply with to receive full funding under the EVIP program. This training is designed to help finance professionals and city managers obtain a better understanding of the program’s requirements, as well as instruction on how to use templates that have been developed to aid in compliance. A representative from Treasury will also provide direction as to how to report this information to the state using the newly developed forms. For individuals that may not be able to attend the live session, this session will also be available on-demand at www.mml.org shortly after the live session. Register today!
