In addition to having access to training on a variety of topics of local interest, our regional education seminar is where we will elect our region’s officers. The League’s last stop before Convention will take place on June 1 in Saginaw for the Region 4 Education Seminar and you can still learn about the program and register here today. Join the League for a training tailored to address the specific concerns and needs of zoning administrators. There are two dates available, June 7 in Inkster and June 9 in Lansing. In addition to traditional zoning topics, this workshop includes techniques for improving the delivery of services to the public, methods to enhance communication and cooperation with one's planning commission and zoning board of appeals, and ways to overcome lingering problems.
