CAPITAL CONFERENCE 2012: THE POLITICS OF PLACEMAKING
Anthony MinghineThe Michigan Municipal League’s Anthony Minghine will lead a special discussion about the challenges local governments are currently facing in a variety of areas, including finance and collaboration, during the League’s 2012 Convention October 3-5 on Mackinac Island.Local governments are facing some of the most difficult financial times in memory, and elected and appointed officials face the daunting task of managing their complex organizations during these trying times.
