LANSING, Michigan - With so much happening right now in Lansing, the Michigan Municipal League's annual Capital Conference couldn't come at a better time. The two-day Conference kicks off Tuesday in Lansing and more than 400 municipal leaders from throughout the state are expected to attend.

The event is packed with meaningful, timely sessions on everything from "How Do We Fix the State Budget Mess?" to the "Complete Streets" legislation and the controversial medical marijuana issue.
