Housing Reservation Process – New for the Island

Housing reservations will only be accepted for registered Convention attendees by faxing the housing form with a personalized registration code. After faxing your Convention registration form, a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours. The confirmation email will contain your registration information, a link to the form, and your personalized registration code.

This process has been put in place to deter overbooking of rooms which prevents registered attendees from booking at the Convention rate and securing housing in the host hotel. This also protects the League from paying attrition fees on rooms that are reserved and cancelled after the Convention rate is closed, and allows us to keep our registration fees lower.

Housing Rates

Standard Single: $305 Standard Double: $190 per person
Deluxe Single: $355 Deluxe Double: $215 per person
(plus daily baggage handling of $6.50 and 19% service charge per room)

A block of rooms is being held at Mission Pointe Resort.  
The rate is $189 for a single or double room
(plus daily plus baggage handling of $4.50 and a  8% service charge per room)

Meal Events

All guests of the Grand Hotel have breakfast, lunch, and dinner included in their room rate.

Guests of other hotels may purchase meal tickets on-site at the Grand Hotel registration desk. Meal event prices are listed here to assist you in planning advances for the trip.

The Awards Banquet is included for all registered attendees.
