The Village of Sister Bay is currently seeking a collaborative, strategic-thinking professional with strong leadership and economic development skills. A record of visibility in the community, proven financial/analytical skills, the ability to work with government officials and department heads, and human resources management skills are absolutely necessary. Candidates must have a minimum BA in public or business administration or related fields. Five to seven years of increasingly responsible municipal government experience is required. Master's Degree in Public Administration or Business Administration is preferred, but a strong combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Candidates must possess demonstrated managerial, interpersonal, employee accountability and leadership skills to direct a talented Village team serving both full-time and active seasonal residents and guests, as well as long-standing local businesses.
