Yesterday the House Commerce Committee reported HB 5002, a bill that makes sweeping changes to workers compensation. These changes have been seen as generally positive for employers.

The bill has received opposition from employee groups, and the legislation was reported from committee on a party line vote with Repubilcans supporting.
