The Michigan Association of Planning (MAP) has provided the Michigan Municipal League with a draft of new legislation that they will be asking the Legisalture to consider.  The legislation is called the Regional Councils Act.  This legislation was in the Legislative Link, sent out to the League’s Economic Development and Land Use Committee, and was on the Inside208 Blog a few months ago.  It is also linked below.
