On Thursday, October 21st Wayne State University's graduate program in public administration will be holding its 11th annual Lent Upson Lecture, featuring local and national speakers in a discussion on how communities are responding to fiscal stress.

Featured speakers include, Richard Elling, Professor of Political Science at WSU; Dr. Debra Horner a Research Fellow at the University of Michigan Center for Local, State and Urban Policy, and Christopher Hoene, the 2010 Lent Upson Lecturer and Director of the Center for Reserach and Innovation at the National League of Cities in Washington, D.C.

The event is free and open to the public and will be held from 2:30-5:30 pm at the Spencer M. Partrich Auditorium on the campus of Wayne State. A reception will follow.  Registration information can be found in the document below.
