The process for utilizing federal economic stimulus funds
by local agencies in Michigan has been finalized. Michigan Department of
Transportation representative Susan Richardson will provide the latest guidance
on the process for local agencies receiving economic stimulus funds for
transportation projects in Michigan. The conference will include a short
presentation with background information on how economic stimulus funds will be
distributed and the rules relating to their use on local transportation
projects. Following the presentation there will be an extensive question and
answer period.
