This morning the Senate Reforms, Restructuring and Reinventing Committee held testimony on HBs 4309-4312 which amend the Urban Cooperation Act and other relevant statutes.

The League testified in support of this legislation and also indicated a need to make these acts consistent with SB 8 (the Municipal Partnership Act) which passed committee last week.

We anticipate additional committee action will be held in June.
