State Historic Tax Credit Program Changes

The Michigan State Housing and Development Authority last week released recent changes to the State Historic Tax Credit Program. This is part of the review of the economic development programs that is happening by the Snyder Administration and the Legisalture. The changes can be review in the Program Update notice attached to this Blog entry below.
