Today Senator Richardville introduced a bill to amend PA 312, SB 1072. The bill focuses on timelines and process changes but does not define ability to pay (or make it the top priority) or internal comparables. If we're going to reform local government, substantive reform is needed to actually make a difference in helping our communities. Contact your legislators today to remind them that it is critical to include both ability to pay and internal comparables in PA 312 reform!
