This afternoon the Senate held a hearing on SB 201, a bill that would reinstate the long standing two-inch rule for sidewalk liability. The committee adopted a substitute (see below) but did not report the bill from committee.

The League testified in support of the legislation and hopes we can move it through committee in the next few weeks.
