The next Revenue Estimating Conference is set for Friday, May 15th at 9:00 am. This is when we will get a new set of figures form which we will be basing the 2010 State budget (well, that and some stimulus money). Are you as filled with excitement as I am over this? The news coming from the conference won't be pretty, and it's still unclear if budgets will move much (at least with substantive decisions) before then.
