The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has announced that, once again, they are delaying implementation of so-called "Red Flag Rules."  For more information and frequently asked questions about the rules the League has established a "red flag rules webpage.  You can also vist the FTC webpage and the FTC will also respond to questions at redflags@ftc.gov.
