The League is is partnering with Michigan’s Children, a statewide child advocacy organization, and other statewide organizations to plan a technical assistance day for selected community-school collaborative teams interested in applying for Recovery Act funds or other federal funding to support 0-5 early childhood connections with K-12 schools.The day will provide community teams an opportunity to 1) learn about federal funding opportunities and promising models; 2) share ongoing efforts and plans with other community collaboratives; and 3) begin a planning process for developing a collaborative funding proposal.
