Such is the title for the annual meeting and public policy forum of the Michigan League for Human Services to be held on December 3rd at the Radisson Hotel in Lansing.  The forum will provide an overview of Michigan's current fiscal situation and tax structure, suggest proposals to address the fiscal crisis and discuss how Michigan can recover and move forward.  Presenters will include Charley Ballard, Professor of Economics at MSU; Mitch Bean, Director of the Michigan House Fiscal Agency; and David Hollister, President and CEO of Prima Civitas Foundation.
