Today I was able to listen to a great presentation in the House Urban Policy Committee regarding the New Economy and investing in cities by Soji (I would butcher his last name) with Michigan State University. It was so similar to what we've been seeing with our research, it was nice to have an academic institution note the same findings. In fact, I was getting teased by some that we must have funded the research! (not the case)!
