If your community is home to a commercial or recreational port then the Port Collaborative Fall Summit is for you.  The League is partnering with the DEQ and other organzations to present this third annual conference designed to elevate the recognition and economic vitality of our state's Great Lakes port communities.  This year's event takes place on October 28-29 in Lansing at the Radisson Hotel.  The Summit will explore a support structure, a port community designation process, develop a shared agenda for both large and small ports and discuss the formation of a Michigan port legislative caucus.  Registration is just $40 for the two-day event.
