The Michigan Municipal League is asking its member communities to please share resolutions pertaining to compliance with Public Act 152, also known as SB 7. PA 152 sets a “hard cap” for public employers with regard to medical benefit plan costs, and provides an option for an 80/20 cost share, or the option to opt-out entirely through a two-thirds vote of the elected body. The League is collecting samples to share with our members through our online website resources. Thanks in advance for your contribution!
