Today Rep. Haveman (R-Holland) introduced HB 5325, a bill amending PA 312. This bill has all of the juicy stuff in it -- ability to pay, internal comparables -- the works!  It's very exciting that the financial impact of PA 312 on our cities is being recognized in Lansing.
