Just got back from the House lobby where I observed the floor debate on HB 4582, the appropriations bill that will authorize the use of transportation stimulus moneys.  Earlier today we sent out an action alert on this and many of our members made calls to their Representatives.  Thanks to your great work, the bill passed 109-1.

The bill now moves onto the Senate where hopefully they will quickly act so that we don't lose any of the federal funds that we've been allocated.
