New Brownfield Reprogramming Information Available!

For all those following the Brownfield Reprogramming/Redesign process, the DEQ has provided the following new information.  The “wrap-up” session for the redesign proposal is scheduled November 10, 2009 from 9 to 1:30 at LCC-West.   Please note, there is no October 20^th due to a conflict with that date.  The DEQ has provided the League with a new summary of the redesign proposal and issues that have been raised at previous sessions or received by DEQ outside of the sessions.  This information is available at the League’s Broenfield website at http://www.mml.org/advocacy/brownfields/.  The DEQ is requesting input about the redesign proposal sections or issues that need discussion, and you can Patricia Brandt at BRANDTP@michigan.gov with comments.
