Need more proof?

Tired of me railing on PA 312? Well, too bad. Here's a current example. The City of Ann Arbor just finished a PA 312 arbitration that cost the city $1.6 million.  Now the City is recommending layoffs of 9 firefighters according to the Ann Arbor News.  Hmm...maybe with reforms to PA 312 our cities wouldn't be forced to cut public safety.
